1. Information We Collect

Local extension data

Everything you create inside Supawazap lives in your browser's IndexedDB and never reaches our servers: contacts and custom fields, tags, workflow configurations, quick reply templates, and settings.

Anonymous usage analytics

The extension sends a small set of events to our service (supaext.com) so we can understand reliability and adoption:

• Install, uninstall, daily-active, and error events

• A random anonymous identifier — not your email, name, or phone number

• Extension version, browser name/version, and language

• Country and region, derived at our server from the request — never precise location

License and billing

• Email address (license activation)

• License key and device identifier

• Payment details — processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, never stored by us

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your WhatsApp contacts or phone numbers

• Your messages, chat history, or media files

• Your CRM data, tags, or workflow contents

• Keystrokes, screenshots, or browsing history

• Precise location or IP-based tracking profiles

3. How We Use Information

• Keep the extension working and fix bugs

• Measure adoption in aggregate (installs, active installs, uninstalls)

• Verify licenses and enforce device limits

• Provide customer support

• Detect abuse and protect service integrity

We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

4. Third-Party Services

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license management

• Cloudflare — hosts our analytics endpoint and stores event data

• WhatsApp Web — the extension runs on top of web.whatsapp.com, which is governed by WhatsApp's own policies

5. Data Retention

• Local extension data stays until you delete it or uninstall — we cannot access or erase it for you

• Usage analytics are automatically deleted after two years

• License records are kept as long as needed by Lemon Squeezy and applicable law

6. Security

Telemetry travels over HTTPS to Cloudflare's edge, is stored in an access-controlled database, and contains no message content. Because your real data never leaves your device, a breach on our side cannot expose your contacts or chats.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Export, edit, or delete all local data from inside the extension at any time

• Uninstalling removes all local data automatically

• Request access to or deletion of your analytics and license data by emailing us — analytics records are anonymous, so we may need your license email to locate them

8. Children's Privacy

Supawazap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
